I'm starting a weightloss challenge which began on April 1. The challenge goes for six month until October 1.
I hope to lose about 36 to 42 pounds by October 1 at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds per week.
We will weigh in bi-weekly and we will post our pictures each month. I don't know how many times I will make a video, but I hope for support. Please.
