Name: Kim
Age: 26
I am an Anthropology Major working toward my Archaeology major and currently "shopping" for a good college to transfer to. I'll likely go to UC Berkeley or San Diego because I know they will take me, but I would really like Wooster, La Crosse, or Dickerson - some are so friggin' expensive - I can't wait to be in debt, jk. I'm a Taurus Sun, Virgo Rising, Pisces Moon. I like my tarot cards and no they are NOT evil, I love astrology (no, I'm not a hippy, nor, am I new age, I just like what I like), green is my favorite color followed by red, black, and an array of oranges (which is what my bedroom is). Mexican food is my favorite followed by Indian food, yum! I love, love, love History. I love my Mom, my Brother, and his girlfriend (she's practically my sister), and I very much dislike my father - as much as he does me, I'm sure. I love animals, especially my 8 kitties, 2 dogs, bunny, and chicken (not to eat), (my neighbor's dog is the exception to the rule - I loathe that vile creature and wish that Satan would drag it back down to the depths of hell, along with my neighbor - the mean bastard).
City: I live in southen California and am currently plotting my escape. Florence would be nice.
Hometown: Whittier being as I was born there, but I grew up in Glendora and Moreno Valley (can't imagine why I wan't to leave).
Country: United States
Interests and Hobbies: Archaeology, History, Harry Potter(Snape's Inoccent), Museums, Theater, Rocky Horror, Eddie Izzard, Monty Python, Weird Al, anything old, the 80's, lots of crap that I don't feel like typing.
Movies and Shows: Little Britain, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Lost is a pretty good show, and of course Family Guy, and South Park, I don't really watch other shows that much, maybe the occasional show on like the history channel or something. Movies, why do they ask this question? My fingers will get too tired to type this. The Goonies, An Awfully Big Adventure, Rocky Horror Picture Show, all Harry Potter movies, Sweeney Todd - finally got to the the damn movie and loved it - all Indiana Jones movies (HOLY SHIT! Finally a name for the new one! Go and see it poeple on May 22nd, 2008, I sure as hell am!), lot's of the classics from the 80's, Quills, all the Muppet movies (Jim Henson and Frank Oz are still some of my favorite people) some classic Disney movies (Walt Disney is another to add to the list of fav. people), Most Alan Rickman movies ('cause he's hot!)and lots more, but I'm getting too lazy to think about it.
Music: Led Zeppelin, Queen, Cyndi Lauper, Weird Al, Heart, Enya, The Eagles, CCR, Crosby, Stills, & Nash, The Doors, Traveling Wilburys, nearly all Classic Rock, Classical Music(i.e. Beethoven, Bach, etc.), musicals that aren't too annoying or over dramatic (yeah, I know that kinda limits them), A.L.W. Phantom of the Opera is my fav. the original cast, Sweeney Todd - what a great movie btw -lots of 80's music, good 60's and 70's music(no disco!), and all around random stuff.
Books: The Monk by Matthew Lewis, Phantom by Susan Kay, the classic book by Leroux is great too, but Kay's is something special, all the Harry Potter books (if you don't know who it's written by I wont bother to tell you), Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë, The Once and Future King by T.H. White, Treasure Island and Trapped by R.L. Stevenson (still really good, even as I get older), Titus Andronicus (I do so adore Tamora, go rent the movie Titus - so good), Hamlet, Othello, Macbeth, and Henry V by Shakespeare (among my top fav Shakespeare), Sphinx by Robin Cook, The Mysteries of Udolpho by Ann Radcliffe, The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follet (I read it years before Oprah ever liked it, when I was about 17), and so many more, If I feel like it later maybe I'll come write more down. Also all kinds of history books, nothing with too much romance it bores me, I like mostly books with drama, violence, dark themes, adventure, action, or I like the complete opposite light, amusing, and funny, as long as there's still not too much romance. As long as it's well written, and manages to hold my attention I'm just about up for anything. Can you tell I like to read?
