Music has played an influential part in my
life. It began as an activity, became an interest and hobby, evolved into a career and continues to feed me both physically and spiritually.
I hear and appreci-love it not only as an art form but I feel and respect it as a channel of healing and nurturing our bodies and our minds - for music is sound...sound is vibration...vibration is energy... and energy begets life. Therein lies my passion!...MUSIC IS LIFE.

My taste in music is defined by lyrical lines and melodies, strong rhythmic and percussive content, subtle phrasings and creative harmonies, integrity of lyrics and production. I appreciate a musician's passion and excellence with his instrument; and am fascinated by the crosspollination of versions of songs from genre to genre and time period to time period.

You can now understand the eclecticism of my channel as I am not limited to genres but embrace all that embody my definition of what music is to me. I love them all...from my home roots of reggae to classical , jazz , neo-soul, world, R & B, inspirational etc. etc. etc. Good music is just GOOD MUSIC that transcends time and genres...seen? :-)

I believe musicians and songwriters, by virtue of the talents they are given, have a responsibility to society in the messages they deliver. I believe that reciprocity in our relationships on all levels with each other and with Mother Earth is the key to a peaceful, healthier world.
