This is definitely one of the best episodes. I always thought Kathleen was one of the most interesting and well-acted characters, even though she was a bitch. And Alex always makes me crack up.

It must have been a mistake. You can see Edward's "sad face" at the beginning and at 4:04, but at 4:17, it's James's "sad face". James and Edward have different noses, so their faces shouldn't be interchangeable like that.
