4x*y^2+x^4*2y*y'=0 (product rule)
y'(x^4*2y)=-4xy^2 (group the y' together, in this case, only one)
y'=(-4xy^2)/(x^4*2y) (divide non y' by y')
Then you can pull out a 2 and an x.
(-2y^2)/(yx^4)
