About Me:

Hey everyone! I hope you have fun viewing my channel! Now, I'm new to this kinda thing, so you'll have to be patient with me while I learn. Now, just a little about myself. I am a senior in college working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with an emphasis on writing. I really enjoy writing and someday hope to make it my career. I also enjoy dancing, singing, reading, listening to music, and hanging out with family and friends. I am an only child, but my mom does daycare, so I've been around little kids my whole lfe. I really love to travel and someday hope to go to Ireland and Verona, Italy. One of my favorite places in the world is my family's cabin in the woods. I'm usually shy around people I don't know very well, but I open up once I do get to know them. I have two best friends and I love them to pieces! So, that's pretty much everything! Remember to subscribe!

That must be nice; to have that kinda weather all year long. :)

We pretty much have a subtropical climate in this part of the South. During the summers we get these quick violent thunderstorms that last maybe 30 minutes and then the Sun comes out again as if nothing had happened!

Wow--big differences in weather between Wisconsin and South Carolina! Typically during our winters it will get no colder than about 35 degrees above during the day here and about 25 above at night! Usually during winters here the average daytime temps are in the 50s to the low 70s! As to the summer heat, I've never gotten used to 100+ degrees hahaha! A friend of mine lives in Mosinee, Wisconsin and I was amazed about what she told me about winters there! I imagine you can get some humidity up there from Lake Superior.

Yikes! And I thought Indiana was hot! I can't even imagine experiencing 100+ degree weather. But I suppose you're used to it, even if you don't like it. :) We don't get really hot temps up here in Wisconsin. The hottest I remember it ever getting was in the mid- to high-90s, and that was just last summer. The coldest it's ever been (or, at least, the coldest I've experienced) was -20 to -25 degrees. We have some of the coldest winters. Couple that with all the snow we get, and you're in for a real treat! :)

I'm from South Carolina; this past summer was unusually hot, even for us. On many days it was 100-plus degrees; even the ocean felt like bathwater! It's pretty bad when it's too hot to go to the beach, haha! I've noticed that the Midwest has more pleasant summers; it's hot during the day, but considerably cooler at night--and you have lightning bugs up there, which are fun to watch!

Cool! I minored in education, though I didn't actually go into teaching. Congratulations on getting your stuff published! I've been kicking around several ideas for a book on the Civil War; there's been so much published on it that I'd like to come up with something new, or at least a new angle on an existing topic.

Cameron did a nice job on the film, even if he did fictionalize a bit--his recreation of the ship's gorgeous interiors was incredible! I'd loved to have been a screenwriter on that one.

Of course I've seen James Cameron's movie! I actually don't know what got me interested in the Titanic, but I did a report on it back in high school, on why it sank. That might've sparked my interest. :)

I'm actually minoring in History! I actually originally came to school for Early Childhood/Special Education, but that wasn't working out, so I switched to English and History. I happen to be a good writer, too. :) I had my first poem published in my school's literary magazine last year, and I'm getting a short story published in that same magazine this year. :)

I was actually born in Indiana. That's where part of my username came from. :) My parents and I went down there this past summer to visit some really close friends of ours that we hadn't seen for a lotta years. The weather was gorgeous the whole time we were there!

Oops--make that "interest" there...not "interested!" Hahaha--I tend to make lots of typos when I'm tired :-)

Thanks for the tip--I'll have to see if I can download the Christmas show if it's still there! How did you become interested in the Titanic? Did you see James Cameron's film on it? I liked that movie a lot and thought it was a worthy successor to the British film "A Night To Remember" from 1958. I remember that the James Cameron movie on it really sparked a lot of interested in the subject! I actually started college intending to major in English, but I ended up switching to history. Indiana's a great place--my grandparents lived in LaGrange--I remember going to the famous Amish Cheese Factory in Middlebury and getting candy from Plyley's in LaGrange! There's great food up there :-)

The movie was very good and just as funny as the original show. :) Yeah, the show is still on YouTube. The uploader's name is DrJuliusStrangepork. He/She uploaded a lot of the episodes within the past few years. That's where I've been watching it, while waiting to get the DVDs.
