I started this channel for my family and friends, and everyone is welcome!
I enjoy youtube for all the opportunities it provides to learn about the world around me. I'm a mom of 1 (he's a grown man now), married, and I workout with hot-yoga for it's health benefits. I am as sweet as a peach and as direct as an arrow!
A former paralegal supervisor with a certificate in medical diagnostic coding. I love to research and I spend many hours reading; studying Biblical prophesy and Biblical archaeology. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, singing ♫ , hiking, photography, and pampering my husband.

Christian doctrines I don't believe in:
The Rapture Doctrine, the Apple Doctrine and the "All you need is Love" Doctrine.

The Church is currently in error. This is why some of the thing I speak of sound nothing like what most Christians are used to hearing. There is a difference between listening to "church doctrines" and listening to the Holy Spirit.
I get alot of questions about the name "misshotyoga." Just so you know, I don't "practice" yoga. I don't adhere to or take into my lifestyle any yogic mantras or metaphysical spiritual avenues.
The name "misshotyoga" attracts alot of New Agers to my channel, which is good, because then they get to hear me speak of the one true Higher Power and that is Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.
Hot Yoga is stretching exercises done in a superheated room (110 degrees and 50% humidity). I do these exercises on doctors orders because of the extreme pain I am in due to several motor vehicle accidents. It is low-impact stretching exercises to relieve my pain, which happen to go by the lable of "yoga" - it's deep, slow, stretching of every single muscle in the body, and it's very healthful.
