Hi folks,
I'm a 31 year old female from Liverpool in the UK and I'm about to have a gastric band fitted on 23rd December 2008 in Brussels.
I've always had a weight problem and am hoping that the band may aid me in achieving and maintaining a healthier weight.
I know it's not a miracle cure and that it'll be a bumpy ride, but I hope that I will provide a candid, honest view of my journey.
