owhh.. both of them are Dennou Romeo.. but they disbanded.. the black hair was Shin, now a vocalist for ViViD and the blonde was Zekusu, a bassist for Virgil but now i heard, all of Virgil member leave the vocalist in Virgil alone.. I know the moral, do not look at the innocent face.. ^^,
