How to tear down, clean, and put back together the Hi-Point C9 9mm and 830 handgun. Sorry for the breathing noises, I had the volume up on the mic....
The reason you need to hold the slide back past the second safety notch is because your safety wasn't bent enough. I had the same issue. about three degrees back will fix the issue. It's a normal problem.
