I just don't understand!! We live in a society that requires every driver to have CAR INSURENCE but does not require every citizen to have HEALTH INSURENCE!! What kind of a society is that anyway!!!!

The boss gives us more work to do!!. When someone asks if we will receive a pay increase commisurate with our work increase, he merely smiles and says you will receive the satisfation of having helped someone today! How does that pay our rent or food or allow us to purchase better health care. Unless we do the work, the little that we have, they threaten to take away!. What kind of people are they anyway??

The phone conversation with Anna does in fact represent the "smoking gun" in this case and I will explain why. The fact that the conversation occured is "indisputable" and "irrafutable" because: 1, I kept the phone records from my cell phone company showing the date and time of the conversation and 2, the conversation was folowed by two emails. The first email recapped what we had talked about and the second was Anna's response. Lastly, Anna's affirmative response proves the legitamacy of my conclusion as well as that of the original indictment. It is in fact the "smoking gun."

Now there are those who will tell you that this phone conversation is nothing more than hearsay. But they are wrong because this is not a conversation that was related to me by someone else but rather the actual conversation I had with Anna Pou herself. If I had heard about this conversation from someone other than Anna, then it would indeed be hearsay. Instead, this is the content of the conversation I had with Anna herself. Included here is the legal definition of hearsay. "HEARSAY EVIDENCE. The evidence of those who relate, not what they know themselves, but what they have heard from others." Since I did not hear this from "others" but from Anna herself, it is not hearsay and is admissable in court.
