PLEASE READ THIS AND WATCH 'TIL THE END! And do leave a comment, if you wish. YT has slightly messed up the timing in the first 2 mins; you can download a copy of the original file with the problem fixed from here: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MJXQO9B7

SPOILER ALERT: This video contains clips up until the very last episode of the first Captain Harlock TV series...I'd say its spoiler level is OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAAAAND!, if that meme was still funny.
The main idea for this video is something I had while I was still about mid-way through watching the original 1978 series (yeah, I only had the occasion of watching it quite recently). When I finally took up this project, however, I realised soon that I was actually pretty short on ideas about the actual video concept, apart from the ones concerning its "technical" side (that is, my usual editing wankeries), and so I had a really hard time deciding what clips to use and how to put it all together. This means that the result is a bit more technical-oriented and emotion-lacking than how I would have wanted. I hadn't much of a concept in mind, and so mostly (apart from the ending, which I had planned from the start) I made it up as I went on. This means that if some clips will seem randomly put in as fillers, probably they are. Still, I'm very satisfied with the solo section and the ending, and technically it is one of the hardest videos I've ever made: it took me at least 35 hours of work or so to have it over with, and PastaMGW knows how much I've been annoying about having a beta feedback on some parts while I was still making it, and that's why it's been a month since my last MV. Well, hope you like it! Any feedback is appreciated.
