About Me:
I have always loved the arts in all its wonderful forms and mediums. I have been writing poems since I was a little girl and always loved to sing dispite the elders plugging their ears.lol..My whole family was and is musical:piano violin banjo ukelele guitar and recently drums and a bass guitarist in the famm and soon to be another violinist or two. giggle wink. Im a late bloomer but i am teaching myself. lol. so i dont crack the whip as i should. lol. :P
I injured (ruptured)my back a few years ago and I couldn't do much of anything. I started to write more poems to keep myself busy. My kids gave me a geetar for my birthday :O) - and as i was teaching myself how to play... the poems turned into songs. I wanted to share my heart with the world because there is a little bit of something for everyone and the talented world has so inspired me and helped me heal in so many ways.Humor is my motto ~ Truth is my ride and Love my fuel.~ Always try to Live in the moment cause you never know when things will change and go a direction you weren't ready for
In Oct 08 my life changed again.. and we
spent the last three years helping my youngest son recover from ALL Leukemia and buried my dadd. missin him but becoming a big girl. lol. i have three beautiful children. my youngest was diagnosed when my dad was in hospital from cancer and hurnia complications, alcohol abuse and ptsd . he was a lifer. and a lover and my hero, mentor, best freind and soul wing, my teacher, my dad ♥. Charlie,, our hero, is recovering and cancer free after a really brave and hard fight as well as being part of a study to help chemo patients go through less pain and trauma and done his chemo in feb,2012. we are all happier than life. I said good bye to my best freind a couple weeks ago.A beautiful woman freind and mother. she was my sister form another mom and lived in michigan so i got to see the nice part of lac st clair to see her and fam and say hi and goodbye. we had lots of fun packed into four solid years. miss her but so glad shes resting and in no pain anymore... hug hug to my SuZ~Q. my heart is on my sleeve... i look forward to your shares and posts. TY for your company on the yellow brick road of life and remember you are stronger than you think!
