The video upload content in this channel is primarily from and for the AMEK beginners-to-intermediate level group in Haarlem and Heemstede, to review our sparring and identify areas of improvement or point and laugh. We mostly use longsword simulators made of nylon but also steel federschwerter and leather dusacks.
