i love your videos, some great work and all the effort it's really motivating
by the way I don't know if you know this one but the best econmoics book i've seen so far is called "Economics" written by n. gregory mankiw and mark p. taylor. It's a bit european based but very easy to read and goes quiet deep in micro and macro econmoics
