About milofan99
My first memories of driving in my parents 75 Plymouth Fury that only had an AM radio was listening to CKLW all the time gave me a fond appreciation for 70's music, to the late 70's when hard rock became my passion which lead to the early 80's and listened religiously to a college radio station WLBS which is when I first got a taste of music I would admire the rest of my life. Gaining an REM U2 and Replacements obsession lead to a lifestyle of Punk Rock, hanging out at the Graystone in Detroit every weekend as a teen in the mid to late 80's I saw so many influential punk rock shows and for next to no money at the door this lead me to my love for hardcore and bands like Black Flag, Dag Nasty, Minor Threat and most of all The Descendents.Being a drummer in a band in the 90's lead me to many great band discoveries, like The Doughboys, The Nils, Afghan Whigs. Recently Ive been focusing between Adult Alternative and Indie-College Rock.
