I was really proud of my ratties, so I made some videos of them to show the world their little tricks.
Calisto died recently, and Isis doesn't respond quite as well to training, I think because she doesn't see well enough. In any case, I have somewhat lost the motivation to train, and also I've had to move her to m parents' house because it's too hard to find roommates who are happy to live with rats.

Training any animal is based on the principle of rewarding behaviours you want them to perform, and animals respond best to food. So regardless of what you want to teach them, if you can motivate them to do something with the promise of food, then they'll probably comply. The only problem is getting them to understand what you want them to do, because they don't understand English!
