well realistically I don't claim that 10.89 because it was handtimed. plus it was a fluke.. I think it was 100 yards and not 100m. I averaged 11.1-11.2 handtimed then... i didn't run again til my senior year in HS then I ran a 10.68 handtimed... then I went on to college and actually trained now I run 10.46 FAT which converted to handtimed is 10.22 --- I think. I'm a foot and a half taller and i got 110 pounds heavier... then lost 40 pounds...So, I got about a second faster since then which still isn't that much considering the huge gap in time.
