2nd week: 30/08/08 - 8lbs loss
3rd week: 05/09/08 - approx 4lbs loss (new scales so now haven't got a clue to exact loss! Will be accurate next week)
4th week: 12/09/08 - 3lbs loss
5th week: No change
6th week: 1lb loss
7th week: No change - :(
8th week: No change - Not doing good!
9th week: 2lb loss
10th week: In New York - did not weigh!
11th week: 4lb gain - New York, I love you but I hate your delicious foods - lol!!!

Reading, travelling, eating out (boy, am I gonna miss eating!)
Movies:
I love comedies, hate horrors. I'm a soap addict but favour the older soaps like Corrie and Eastenders rather than the younger ones like Hollyoaks.
Music:
My first love of music is Reggae! I've grown up with that reggae beat ever since I was a baby. I also like R&B - Anthony Hamilton is great.
Books:
I've got a diversity of books, but have been trying to read a lot more "real-life" books. Mr Mandela's book was great, as well as Mr Obama's book.
