I like this. They give you a larger footprint on the ice so you are less likely to fall through and you can go into places with 2 to even 4 feet of snow. Just drive properly and you'll be fine. Specific to wild areas and extreme snow, but if you have to work in it, a good investment.

That's what I like about these machines. You can gear them down to where they do about 1 or 2 km per hour but you get tank like horsepower and as long as you maintain traction, you can push bulldozer size loads.

I'm not surprised, The wind blowing through small openings, hitting areas just right and causing harmonics all over the building, with the odd debris crash would make for scary silent hill sounds.
