There is no such thing as 3G - it's a brand hoax. EDGE has somewhat defined speeds as does 4G in certain circles - but 3G does NOT exist. Therefore, the legalese that Simple Mobile uses, "Up to 3G speeds" is mute. Personally, I think SM should be penalized for misleading statements that are gross...

Simple Mobile just repackaged their EDGE service as the $40 Unlimited "3G" - Only thing is, 3G is just a brand name game - there is no such thing as defined 3G speeds. Therefore, with some BS and vague legalese, SM claims speeds "Up to 3G"! There's no such thing!

Furthermore, speeds are CAPPED ...

Annoying maybe, but the fact still remains that the U.S. Congress is corrupt and idiotic. The People DO have a say, yet remain apathetic and less demanding in their voting choices and options - get the riff-raff politicians OUT! And yes, many countries have corrupt governments...but only the U.S....
