I have to agree...great player, poor teacher. His idea of breaking down riffs is to play them at 250 bpm with the guitar volume knob turned down to 7 !

Great playing ! Although I do agree that the axe-slinger on the right with the higher harmony lines (3rds) is playing with a slightly flatter tuning relative to his partner.No biggie, still sounds nice !
