Seeing Barbra LIVE just a few years ago, we were amazed just how little her voice has changed. With proper vocal prep and rehearsal, her live performances are still like listening to any one of her albums from years ago.

Not one of Barbra's best, but in all fairness it was like the deck was stacked. As good as Barbra still is, she was like a duck out of water here and really had no business appearing on the Grammys; basically a room full of rap and other so called 'stars' ... and I think she knew it, but it was ...

Notice the picture at 1:24 with Elliott and his Drat the Cat! co-star Leslie Ann Warren. Ironic that years later, Barbra would be the woman Jon Peters left Leslie for. Got all that?

This is beyond rare ... wow!

Another great cut from one of Barbra's most underrated albums, Wet.

Not only is Michaels a dead ringer for Cher physically, but he has her walk, talk, dance, inflections, and everything else down pat! It really is uncanny.

For me this one stands out as one of Barbra's (countless) tour de force' performances that Celine, Mariah, or Whitney (even their heydays) could only dream off pulling off.

I hate it when they use kids or animals as "props".

It's so weird to think that today Judy would be "only" 90 and quite possibly still with us had she not died.

I was expecting "Gimme all your lovin', all your hugs and kisses too" (a ZZ top remake).

@leighgate1 .... and amazingly as musical styles changed throughout the 70's, she only got technically better; her signature belting in tact, but overall more restrained.

@westin10000 She didn't "fail" to hit the note, in fact she had already hit it; she simply cut it a few seconds short of her usual (legendary) 17 seconds.

One of my favorite Babs songs; a very poignant and restrained performance. The piano arrangement particularly beautiful.

My God, not only is the physical illusion uncanny, but the voice talking AND singing ... Un-freaking-real!

It's all in the eyes; those "droopy" Marilyn eyes, and Jimmy James captured them (not to mention the hair and voice) better than anyone. Still the best, bar none.

@coastallad1010 Karen Carpenter had an undeniable 'pretty', but a rather simple voice at best. As far as any comparison to the phenomenal Streisand, Karen was said to have like Barbra, one of the greatest ears for music. Of course being given the best song writers and producers of the day didn'...

This is easily one of Barbra's best performances ever captured for the television cameras. Incidentally, it was the last time we saw the skyscraper do and the flowing chiffon; for the new more youthful 'easy listening' pop/rock Barbra was about to emerge (to rule the '70s).
