all i did was unplud the hdmi cable from my hdmi output 1, then i held down the power button until it beeped twice. I then switched the 2 sides of the hdmi cable ( i took the end that was plugged into the t.v. and plugged it into the ps3, may sound weird but it worked) and then put it into hdmi 2...
