Im a piano player from Ashtabula, OH (where outside-of-Cleveland meets outside-of-Erie, PA).

I started out playing keys and writing in bands called Bajawalla (from 2000 - 2005, based in Chicago) and Delaney (from 2005 - 2007, based in Portland, OR).

In Feb. 2008 I moved back to Chicago and recorded my first solo album, Open Mic Nights, Empty Bottle Mornings, at the IV Lab with Manny Sanchez, featuring Darren Garvey on drums and Brian Aiken on bass.

Currently, I'm playing keys on tour with Company of Thieves. They're on Wind-Up Records and have a great album out called Ordinary Riches.

With a little time at home after the Spring and Summer CoT tours, I spent the week of July 13th, 2009 at Stereophonic Studios in Chicago recording new material with Jon Alvin. This project features Chris Faller on drums and Bob Buckstaff on bass. It should be ready to release on CD this fall, and check in August for an online preview.
