Your text is on a separate layer. Rasterize the layer (under the layer menu). After rasterizing the layer you can perform the rotate transformation same as shown in this video.

I'm a Philadelphia native. When this story first surfaced I was 12 or 13 years old. The pictures of this poor boy in the Philadelphia papers have stayed with me for life. How sad. How truly sad to leave a dead child in a box. Like trash. Broke my heart when I was 12, still does the same today.
