@stykkisholm No. He Dribbled off 1st step. a "step" counts AFTER dribble. The travel is actually on the switch of pivots. BUT the rules state if he came to a hop step or "pro hop" he could choose his pivot. But because that back foot landed first...travel. Good move is done right tho.
