For countries where everything is illegal here is my advice:

Buy the largest platform with wheels u can find.

Dig 2 small ditches for the wheels and push the platform in the ditches in such a way that it lays completely with it's belly on the ground.

Build whatever u want ontop of this platform.

Just like Honda Rune Valkyrie a few years ago... nothing new.... that damn coins doesn't even turn or move around!

When in the water it seems like the throttle and the steering is done using something like a "fly by wire" system wich is not suitable for this kind of application. It would be nice to know if it uses the same engine for road and water because larger boats always tend to have 2 engines to be more...
