We were the only station in the courtroom when Winterset-native Paul McKinney turned himself into authorities. This comes two weeks after McKinney supposedly struck and killed bicyclist Mark Grgurich, with his truck on G-14 Hwy East of Cumming. McKinney is facing a slew of charges, including fleeing the scene of a fatal accident. McKinney if convicted could face upto seven years behind bars. (less info)
