@Tarhini I have to agree, this tree was healthy and should really of been left alone. I understand that it's a fun challenge and there is money to be made but a tree like that is more valuable alive. How many 400 year old oaks are there?

I am sure that there are far less expensive presses that will do the same job on a common U-joint from any non-commercial application. You don't need a 15 ton compound press. A simple 2 ton bench top press will do the same job for this application.
