I was born and still live in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I am a self taught artist/sculptor who works very hard. I was invited by delegates of Perugia to have an exhibition of my paintings and 4 bronze statues. At that show, I was also invited to have an exhibition of my bronze sculptures at the Basilica of St. Francis in Assisi, Italy in 2004. I am currently working on bronze statues that will be highlighting the life of St. Francis in a Saint Francis Sculpture Garden for Healing and Meditation in Grand Rapids. I am also working on two life size statues of Francis that will be placed in Assisi, Italy and Grand Rapids, Michigan. I have a studio called Micasso Productions in the Waters Building in downtown Grand Rapids.
