@direfranchement You'll find many woman, especially in show business, will wear turtlenecks or scarves around their necks as they get older. It covers up their necks which tend to show their age more than any other facial feature that make up and hair dye can cover up. I respect Katharine for all...

What happened to music as we went into the new century... I'm glad I grew up listening to some of the best decades pop music had to offer... this song being one of them...

@TheVineyarder nice post... we have the same memory here... especially about all those special people that seemed like they'd always be there and now they're gone... they did make growing up special with the memories they left us...old music is for reminiscing about a different time and place .

Clara, you so much remind me of my own Sicilian gramma and her 5 sisters, who were my great aunts.. I remember them making fig cookies every year and Italian chocolate cookies too.. they looked just like yours... thanks for the memories...
