@XxViNtAgEsSXx Thanks, but picking the sec fav to win doesn't seem that special. I was more thrilled with Lucas Cranach, who was less favoured, running a mighty race for third. I also reckon Americain's run was full of merit. He was the widest runner on the home turn and made a sustained run from...

When I see Damian Oliver today on TV the inner spark is not there. The loss of Jason has extinguished that spark, it seems. His joy of winning a treble on Derby day seemed muted. I'm glad he acknowledged Jason after his first win. I saw the movie and it won't win awards but it will tug the emotions.

BC still has some unfinished business in Australia before heading to the UK. There is still one Group 1 WFA 1200m race she needs to add to her CV. The others already on her CV are the TJ Smith Stakes, BTC Cup,
William Reid Stakes, and Patinack Farm Classic. Her connections are keen to see how sh...

Littorio made a stunning return to the track with a last-to-first victory in the Makybe Diva Stakes but has been retired to stud after the trainer discovered tendinitis in the seven-year-old's good leg, eight days after the win. His $2.8 million in prizemoney from 25 starts puts him in the top 10...

If SYT is ridden the way I described he won't be beaten in a duel to the post. SYT wasn't ridden the way I described in the PoW. If he's ridden like he was in the C-Eclipse then he'll win every time. SYT is a fighter and is more suited to overtaking the leaders in the final furlong. He's not suit...

No one has mentioned the switch in camera angles from front-on in the close-up to an angled view in the wide-shot. Stuart probably does have a good impact position but the body posture and shaft angle is not clear in the angled wide-shot. Most other videos on YouTube show the impact position from...

Very good analysis especially Red Cadeaux. Comes from the same stable as Snow Fairy who ran a mighty race in the Arc recently. The winner of the last two Cups have come through the Prix Kergorlay 3000m and Geelong Cup 2400. Godolphin might want to consider taking this path with their next Cup cha...
