2009 Parade of Nations The Parade of Nations, now in its 20th year, is a celebration of diversity in the Houghton and Hancock Michigan communites. The Parade begins in Hancock and crosses the famous Portage Lake Lift bridge into Houghton, ending at the Dee Stadium where over 5000 people enjoy multiethnic performances, authentic cuisine from many cultures, vendors cultural offerings.
