I have been obese/ overweight most of my life. In early 2008, I was at my heaviest at 350 lbs.

In early 2008, I moved out on my own (again) and I decided that since I now have 100% control over what I eat/ purchase I would stop purchasing junk foods. I began to lose weight.

In 2009, I have decided to get more serious, and have made a one year commitment to my local gym. Yay!!
