In this episode of Outdoor Moovies, the inaugural US-27 Motor Tour kicks off at the fabulous Capri Drive-In Theater in Coldwater, Michigan. This special event took place on August 21, 2007. Lots of vintage hot rods and muscle cars on the tour rolled in to see the first showing of American Graffiti at a Michigan drive-in in many years. The Super Mustang was built and raced by Ron Pellegrini in 1965. Its design predates the 1966 long nose Mustang Funny Cars produced by the Ford Motor Co. The current owner, Bob Schramm, found it in a junk yard in 1985 and has restored it to its original condition. Bob tells the story of the car in this nine minute video.
