A motorcylce journey documenting the war, genocide and disease throughout the mountains and tributaries of the congo basin in central Africa.
Before we discuss solutions to the problems in Africa, we should truly understand what is happening and what we are dealing with. War in the DRCongo has claimed more than five million lives. And left an equal amount homeless. 400,000 refugees in 2007 alone.
DR Congo has the largest potential weatlh in Africa. Home to diamonds, coltan, gold and the mythical red mercury. The war in Eastern Congo is not personal its financial.
Help us bring this matter to light. Lets use the resources (mineral wealth) of the Congo to build schools and hospitals, buy medicine and books, not guns and ammunition.
