Mike grew up in Melbourne where he excelled at being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Mike soon found a suitable creative outlet in painting going on to win his schools VCE art prize. He attended several universities receiving distinctions in painting before pursuing a career as an artist.
Mike soon found success selling works privately and running a website created for the self-promotion of artists in a collective . Mike currently juggles the role of high school art teacher, occassional poet, father of 3 and artist.
Mike works as a self-represented artist, managing his own marketing and promotion.
