I jammed with David on his 50th birthday at the Shanti in Soulard. We played 2 or 3 hours, did covers and his Pavlov's Dog hits, unrehearsed. It was a great time.

I jammed with David on his 50th birthday at the Shanti in Soulard (early 2000's). We played for 2 or 3 hours, unrehearsed, and did all his Pavlov's Dog hits. Being from St. Louis himself, as well as I, he was huge here and around the world at the time.
