If you at all concerned about drinking raw milk, you can easily ferment raw milk into kefir, yogurt, villii, etc. Using cream, you can make butter or creme fraiche. Wonderful stuff. The important here is what the cows are eating and how they are treated.

I think some of the commenters are missing a crucial point: there is a HUGE difference in eating factory-farmed "consumer product" meat and eating meat from an animal that has eaten its natural diet and been treated better than many pets. Ms. Fallon is talking about the latter type of meat.

Wow, I'm happy to see someone much smarter than I is advocating the same thing I've been saying for a few years. I'd make the gas/diesel tax go up by $.01 (1 cent) every month with no end. This would give everyone predictability and the ability to plan for the future.
