David Bowie is and was unique - many people have tried extremely hard to follow, mimic, even out do but failed miserably. There will never be another David Bowie - a true, unique, musical genius - and he's still giving it large!!!

F'N awesome - Bowie on his way to legendary status! Long my he reign!!!! I was 14 when I first saw Bowie - Old Grey Whistle Test 1972 and he blew my mind. In my eyes, the greatest musical genius to come out of the UK in the past 50 years!!

This brings back sad but fond memories. Family and friends sung this as my family left Wellington harbour for the UK back in 1967. The boat was covered in streamers and I can still hear the singing. Wonderful song. It was also sung at the end of rugby tours especially when the Lions toured NZ.

This is a wonderful song and was also used many times at the end of the final game when touring rugby sides would leave. Very moving!!

Wonderful song and brings back emotional memories for me and my family. As we left Wellington harbour in 1967 for a 6 week voyage to England, family and friends of all those on board sang this song. Still brings a lump to my throat!!
