I was told about Mesh years ago at a party by an old friend & never followed the band up. today I found my mini disc player in the loft, put a battery in it & this tune came on. I'd been lent the disc popped it in & never used the player since. I can't believe what I've been missing.

I love this tune. It made me go out & buy a proper amp & four jamo speakers that took up most of my tiny bedroom when it came out & I learnt the importance of good sound quality over loud music, I also learnt how to deal with angry neighbours!

Great tune but who swapped her telecaster for a Les Paul? I now know why this album didn't rock me like oyster. Still a great album but the Les Paul explains why it sounds more like folk then rock.
