Thanks for posting the good instructional video. I found out Audacity has the "remove vocal or remove instruments" ability so i'll just use it for that and import the edit into Traction 3.

@SantretZeldo thank you for your help... Tracktion 3 is awesome and in my opinion much more user friendly then CuBase. i was just hoping for something more. Since then i found Audacity can do the voice extraction (i actually want to remove the music and isolate the voice). I'll figure it out us...

I import a classic rock song into Tracktion 3 ... how do i remove all the instruments so only the vocal remains? I'll play all the instruments then i'll add back the original vocal sung by a pro in lieu of my terrible voice. Thanks for your help.

What a Heep classic. Did they nail this one in the studio wayyyy back then or what? Bass guitar and Hensleys keyboards are awesome. It would be hard to pull off live .... todays technology would have helped them.

Not a good performance. The guitar is supposed to be the lead in this song, vocals sound like drunk karaoke. Obviously the original members were a better studio band 40 years ago.
