I do also hate the voice in this video. It was difficult to speak during the initial stages of the flood. Everyone in the town of Grafton is safe...
The Grafton Village Cheese plant is still in tact. The covered bridge is as well. Grafton Cheese saw a bit of water damage, but it's doing pretty well, all things considered.

Yes, the cows were moved to higher ground. The plant is still in tact. The covered bridge did not get destroyed, luckily.
