Hi Mark! I watched the interview on your Autofocus system and shortly after tried it out. I think I'm the world's worst at getting organised and somehow this seems to work for me. So far so good! I love the fact that I have the choice to select which task I "feel" like doing....This way makes me feel happy that I am doing something I want to do in the "now" and not because I "ought" to do it. I will purchase your books...Thanks so much for sharing this with the world.
