About this user

What's in a name? People's fates are simplified by their names but people always ask us what MF'N means, exactly...? Well, I guess it depends on how you know us. Since we take our craft seriously, it could stand for the "Musician's First Nation" but since the major labels know that we can put up "Major Fiscal Numbers", if you wanna work with us, it stands for "Music For Negotiation."

MF'Ntertainment or "MF'N - We're the producers" (You gotta say the whole thing!) is Ace Wonder - the Influence, Johnny "FaceBook Famous" Brasco, & ILL Gaimez is HANNIBAL. The trio of mulit talented instrumentalists, hailing from New Orleans, LA have been doing music for 10 years. They are producers, singer/ songwriters that specialize in making great music. At the University of New Orleans, Ace & Gaimez were mentored by Jazz greats Ellis Marsalis (father of Wynton & Braford Marsalis) & Terrence Blanchard (who has scored multiple Spike Lee films) but Brasco had the privilege of being fathered by legendary Jazz musician John "Kidd" Simmons.

MF'N does pop music, rock music, Jazz, Classical, country, electronic, dance, reggae, R&B, hip hop, as well as tv & film scores. Their list of accomplishments extend far beyond the realm of urban music as the trio of upstart musicians are focused on becoming the next great production entity.

2004

- Produced for New York Femcee, Jean Grae

2005

- Created the entrance theme for the New Orleans / Oklahoma City Hornets

- MF'N was hired as the in-house production team for Induvia Entertainment

- Scored Atlanta Falcon's premier running back, Warrick Dunn's website

2006

- Hired to score the the film "Game of Inches"

- Recorded & released online, "The Music Never Stops" the EP

- Mike McCary of Boyz II Men became MF'N's manager

2007

- Had tracks placed on various MTV shows including "The Hills" & "Pimp my Ride"

- Produced & placed a track for the insanely popular "Dance Dance Revolution" video game series

- Was hired as a main engagement act for a popular cruise line

2008

- Produced Miami sensation, Mitch Gunz' smash single, "Never Get Me Down"

- Scored the play, "In her Defense - The Afeni Shakur story"

- Produced "My Life Good" for 107.9 A-Team

- Won the BattleZone Producer Battle @ Trademarks 5x & named "All Star Champions"

- Won the RIP THE STAGE Producer Battle @ DJANGO's & CLUB Miami 2x

- Won the Mighty Mighty Beat Down @ Masquerades twice (June & July Champions)

- Won the ATLANTA PRODUCER BATTLE @ DJANGO's in March

- Won the ATL Record Pool Producer Battle in October

- Won the New Orleans Soundclash @ the BLUE NILE in December
