You'd get a sound closer to Zakk if you'll sweep with the fleshy part of your hand. Traditional styles of pinched harmonics only allow you to hit one string at a time. Alot of times Zakk will do a full chord in harmonic. He does have a lesson on how he does it. Found it once, but haven't found it...
