Scusa se mi permetto di fare una precisazione: se non chiudi la distanza durante i trapping, l'avversario avrà il tempo di "riorganizzare" la sua difesa. Wing Chun docet ;)

beh, allenare la sensibilità sul Muk Jong non mi sembra molto sensato. Nel Wing Chun serve per allenare il lavoro di gambe, imparare ad esercitare pressione sull'avversario utilizzando tutto il corpo e condizionare le braccia e le mani. Per la sensibilità è meglio il Chi Sao.

@Geppy1000 Io sono certo di quello che dico, il radicamento e il lavoro di anche si usa praticamente in ogni tecnica e un lap sao senza l'uso del corpo è solo un buffetto sul braccio dell'avversario. Poi magari la vediamo in modo diverso anche perchè pratichiamo due lineage diversi, la cosa non m...
