metal lives on in mexico ...always.....in the early to mid eighties my junior high was represented by 2 lone headbangers...by high school it was 3 maybe 4 lone headbangers. me, another american and 2 mexicans. no 2 guys knew and loved iron maiden like those two. hearing one or the other sing "run to the hills" through a thick mexican accent is such a nice memory for me. they didn't just like metal or simply listen to it. they lived through the sounds of iron maiden, slayer, kreator, destruction...somewhere in this world there are 2 mexicans jamming to the new helstar or maybe even old iron maiden...whatever it is i guarantee you that its not hip hop and its not mexicanos rancheros...its metal and only metal.
