Here is a powerful tool and discourse from Saint Germain to "clean the amnesia, that which has within the 3rd Eye, that which causes the majority to forget they are One with Supreme Love, Supreme Light..."

Saint Germain recommends us to do this practise every day until the 12/12. Following this meditation is a discourse (in three parts) that sheds abundant light on: * The nature of the illusional world * The nature of our creations and influences upon them - Creating wonders in our life * A beautiful & simple way Ascended Masters create

The meditation can be summarised as follows: 1. Open yourself to the Christ-light within you
2. Close your eyes and put your attention on the 3rd Eye
3. Visualize a radiant silver light moving into the 3rd Eye
4. Begin to visualize sparks of light deep within your 3rd Eye - like 'fireworks' yet firing continuously.
5. Then take a deep breath and invoke your Divine Right to know who you truly are, where you come form and what you truly are capable of:

"I Am invoking that light within. I call forth the fullness of my being to come forth into this reality, and to claim all experience, past, present and future to be brought into light.

So it is, so be it, so mote it be."
